Crazy Candy Corn Marshmallow Treats Bars

These Crunchy Candy Corn Marshmallow Treats are packed with pure awesomeness!! Peanuts, peanut butter marshmallows, and of course, candy corn — these easy candy corn candy bars are a unique Halloween dessert!

Peanut Butter & Candy Corn Candy Bar Recipe

Candy corn on their own = ehhh.

Candy corn in a rich and creamy fall dessert = magical!!

Candy corn seems to be one of those “love ’em or hate ’em” things, but there is no denying that they make the most amazing-looking holiday themed desserts!

These Peanut Butter & Candy Corn Marshmallow Treats are not only festive (don’t you just love the colors?) but they are super tasty too! They’re the perfect Halloween treat for your party spread!

This might just be my favorite candy corn dessert of all! So unique and so delicious! If been looking for candy corn recipes to use up extra Halloween candy, this one is a must-try!

Candy Corn Marshmallow Treats Ingredients

  • 2 cups dry roasted peanuts
  • 1 bag peanut butter chips (10 oz.)
  • 4 Tbsp. butter
  • 14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 ½ cups candy corn
  • 10 oz. mini marshmallows

Candy Corn Candy Bar Recipe (Step-by-Step Photo Guide)

Fill the bottom of a 9 x 13″ baking pan with 1 ½ cups of peanuts and ½ cup of candy corn. Spread out peanuts and candy corn until evenly distributed.

In a small saucepan melt 1 bag of peanut butter chips and 4 TB butter, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat.

Add sweetened condensed milk to saucepan with melted peanut butter chips and stir until well combined.

Add mini marshmallows to a large mixing bowl; pour melted peanut butter mixture over the marshmallows and stir.

Spread peanut butter marshmallow mixture this over the top of the nuts and candy corn in the pan.

Sprinkle the rest of the peanuts and candy corn on top and gently press into the bars.

Refrigerate at least an hour to set. Cut and serve your candy corn treats and it’s party time!

    These look yummy! 🙂 After they’re set, do you have to store them in the fridge? Or are they fine sitting out at room temp?

      I think they should be fine at room temp, covered, like regular rice krispy treats. I’d try to eat them within the first couple days 🙂

    Will the Bar turn out ok if you don’t use marshmallows?

      The marshmallows are what is used to hold the treats together, so without them, they might not hold their shape well. Honey might help, but I don’t think it would work quite as well as marshmallows.
