Empty out the remainder of the mason jar contents into a large mixing bowl.
To your bowl of dry ingredients add:
- 1 cup milk

- 2 Tablespoons butter, melted
TIP: We printed the above ingredients on our labels, so that our gift recipients would know how to make the pancakes using our mix.
Heat a frying pan or flat griddle pan over medium heat and add a pat of butter to pan.
Add a 1/2 cup of the pancake batter into the pan and cook for 2 minutes, until the surface is covered in air bubbles, then flip and cook on the other side.
Repeat with remaining batter.
TIP: You can cook more than one pancake at a time, just be sure to leave a little space between them for easier flipping.

At the top it says 1/2 cup chocolate chips but at the bottom it says 1/4 cup chocolate chips. Confusing. I also had no problem fitting this in a pint jar. The quart jar is way too big.
