Amish Sugar Cookies

Skip the rolling with this classic recipe for fluffy, melt-in-your-mouth Amish Sugar Cookies. 

All you do is scoop and bake!

INGREDIENTS

– butter room temperature – oil – white sugar – powdered icing sugar – egg – vanilla paste – flour

Preheat oven to 375°F and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.

With stand mixer or electric hand mixer, beat together butter, oil, sugar and powdered sugar.

Add the egg and vanilla paste and mix until just incorporated. In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and cream of tartar.

Add the bowl of dry ingredients to the bowl of wet ingredients and mix until combined.
