Apple Pie Cupcakes

These Apple pie cupcakes are the perfect blend of cake and pie in one bite-sized treat.

INGREDIENTS

– Unsalted Butter  – Vegetable Oil  – Granulated Sugar – Eggs  – Pure Vanilla Extract

Preheat the oven. In the bowl of a stand mixer, prepare the cupcake batter.

Scoop about one Tablespoon of batter into the cupcake liners and bake.

Remove from oven and add one Tablespoon of apple pie filling on top of each cup.
