Ingredients: - All-purpose flour - Cake flour - Baking soda - Salt - Cornstarch - Cream of tartar - Cold butter - Brown sugar - White sugar - Eggs - Vanilla extract - Semi-sweet chocolate chips

INSTRUCTIONS In the bowl of a stand mixer, using the paddle attachment, cream together the butter and sugar for about 2 minutes.

Add in the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until incorporated. In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together flours, baking soda, salt, cornstarch, and cream of tartar.

Pour half of the dry ingredients into your bowl of wet ingredients, mix well, the add the remaining flour mixture. Mix until you have a well incorporated cookie dough.
