INSTRUCTIONS To Prep: Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line two cookie sheets with a silicone mat or parchment paper.

To Make the Cookies: Using a standing mixer with paddle attachment, beat together the butter, white sugar, light brown sugar, eggs, corn syrup, & vanilla, on medium speed until light & fluffy.

In a separate medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, cornstarch, salt and baking soda.
