This decadent brownie bread is moist, fudgy, and loaded with chocolate chips!

It slices like bread, but tastes like chocolate cake!

INGREDIENTS

– milk chocolate chips – all-purpose flour – cocoa powder – baking soda – kosher salt – eggs

In the bowl of a stand mixer (or in a large mixing bowl with an electric mixer), beat together the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.

Melt the milk chocolate chips in the microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring between, until melted and smooth. Be sure to use a microwave-safe bowl! Allow to cool for a few minutes.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt. Mix the melted chocolate, canola oil and water into the bowl of the butter and sugar mixture.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the bowl of wet ingredients, mixing until well combined and smooth. Pour the brownie batter into your prepared loaf pan.
