Just Peachy Rum Punch with Fresh Fruit Ice

This easy tropical rum punch is the perfect summer party cocktail recipe – and it never gets watered down, thanks to our fruit “ice!”

What makes this recipe a bit different than the standard rum punch is that we used peach-infused rum. It gives it more depth and a hint more sweetness – it’s just “peachy!”

Ingredients: - Orange juice - Pineapple juice - Ginger ale - Sweet & sour - Peach flavored rum - Grenadine or pomegranate juice - Cantaloupe and mango - Melon baller

Instructions: Mix ingredients in a large punch bowl. Use these proportions: 2 parts pineapple juice, 1 part orange juice, 1 part ginger ale, 1 part sweet & sour, and 1 part peach rum.

Add grenadine or pomegranate juice until you have a gorgeous red-orange punch.

Use a melon-baller to scoop out balls of fresh mango and cantaloupe. Place in freezer until cold and use in place of ice.
