Parmesan Roasted Green Beans with Bacon

Tangy, cheesy, and with a touch of crispy bacon, these Parmesan Roasted Green Beans are an easy and flavorful 20-minute side dish that steals the show!

My husband prefers his veggies a little simpler too, so these baked parmesan green beans are more his style.

INGREDIENTS

– green beans – olive oil – Parmesan cheese – ranch seasoning – bacon

Preheat oven to 350°F and bring a salted pot of water to boil. (1-2 Tablespoons of salt should be plenty for a large saucepan).

Add green beans to the boiling water and cook for 2-3 minutes. Drain and rinse in cold water.

Place green beans in a rectangle baking pan and toss with with olive oil to coat.

Sprinkle parmesan cheese and ranch seasoning on top, so that it is evenly distributed. Top with crumbled bacon. Bake for 5-8 minutes, until the cheese is just melted.
