This pineapple mojito recipe is a twist on that traditional Cuban drink. It takes everything you love in a mojito, and gives it a fresh fruity kick that you’ll love.
INSTRUCTIONS
Add lime wedges, sugar, and mint leaves to the bottom of your cocktail shaker. Use a muddler to gently crush the mint leaves and lime wedges.
Add ice, rums, and juice to the shaker and shake vigorously for 5-10 seconds. Pour the contents of the shaker (including ice, mint leaves, etc.) into your glass.
