The Best Healthy Brownies

These healthy pumpkin brownies are made with real food and no refined sugar so you can satisfy your sweet tooth and nourish your body!

The moist texture comes from the bananas and pumpkin and the brownies are naturally sweetened with honey and dates.

INGREDIENTS

– ripe bananas mashed well – pumpkin puree – creamy peanut butter – honey – old fashioned oats – cocoa powder

Preheat oven to 320°F and line a square baking pan with parchment paper.

Whisk together dry ingredients in a large bowl. Combine wet ingredients in a separate bowl.

Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, stirring until just combined. If using chocolate chips, stir them in now.

Spread batter in prepared pan and bake for 40 minutes at 320°F.
