  • 1 package Lo Mein or Chinese noodles cooked
  • 1 cup Broccoli chopped
  • 1 Red pepper chopped
  • 1-2 cups Red cabbage chopped
  • ½ cup Shredded carrots
  • 2 Tablespoons Canola oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Sesame oil

For the sauce:

  • ½ cup Soy sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons Ketchup
  • ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Sriracha
  • 2 teaspoon Chopped ginger
  • 1 Tablespoon Sugar optional


  1. In a skillet, heat the canola oil and add in the broccoli, red pepper, cabbage, carrots, and ginger. Cook for 9-10 minutes until tender.
  2. Prepare your noodles according to directions on package.

  3. Add soy sauce, ketchup, worcestershire sauce, sriracha, and sugar to a mixing bowl. Whisk until well combined.
  4. Add sauce to your vegetables while cooking.
  5. Toss cooked noodles in sesame oil, then add them to the vegetables. Stir everything together so that noodles and veggies are well mixed and evenly coated in sauce.
