Ingredients

  • 8-10 bacon slices cooked
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1/3 cups chives chopped
  • 2 teaspoon hot sauce

Instructions

  1. Crumble pre-cooked (and cooled) bacon into a medium mixing bowl.

  2. Add sour cream, cheese, chives, and hot sauce to the bowl and stir together.

  3. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

  4. Optional: Sprinkle with salt and fresh cracked black pepper before serving
