  • 1 cups strawberries frozen
  • ½ cup raspberries frozen
  • ½ cup blueberries frozen
  • 1 banana frozen
  • 1 cup almond milk (or your favorite non-dairy milk)
  • 2 teaspoon pure maple syrup
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder optional


  1. Combine above ingredients in a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.
