Ingredients

  • 1-2 lb London Broil roast
  • 1 yellow onion sliced thin
  • 1 head of garlic peeled
  • 1 can of Pepsi
  • 2 Tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon rice vinegar may substitute white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • Optional: Green onion and/or sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in crockpot.
  2. Cook on LOW for 4-6 hours.
