Ingredients
1whole chicken
1/4cupvegetable oil
1/4cupSoy Sauce
1TBGarlic powder
1TBOnion powder
1TBLemon Pepper Seasoning
1TBPowdered Ginger
1Lemonhalved
1Limehalved
Instructions
Preheat oven to 300°. Remove "insides" from chicken and place in a roast pan lined with foil or a silicon baking mat. Using a knife, pierce chicken about 1" about 10 times.
Coat entire surface of chicken with oil (about 1/4 cup). Apply liberally garlic powder, onion powder, powdered ginger, lemon pepper seasoning, and soy sauce. Spread and massage spices into the chicken until the entire surface is coated.
Squeeze the juice from lemon and lime over the chicken and place them inside the bird while it cooks.
Add any vegetables to the baking pan and place in oven. Bake at 300° for 4 hours.
