Ingredients

  • 1 box fudge brownie mix plus ingredients listed on box
  • 2 c Brown candy melts or melting chocolate
  • 2 c Pink candy melts
  • 2 c White candy melts or melting chocolate
  • Popsicle sticks
  • 1/2 c Jimmies or sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Prepare brownies according to directions on box. We love chewy, fudge brownies — feel free to use your favorite box mix or homemade brownie recipe!
  2. After baking, cut brownies into six rectangles. When the brownies are completely cool, trim the top of each rectangle into a rounded edge to resemble the shape of a popsicle.
  3. Pour each color of melting chocolate into its own microwave safe bowl. Heat each bowl separately for 30 seconds at a time, stirring in between, until chocolate is completely melted.
  4. Dip brownies in the pink, white or milk chocolate, leaving about 1/2 inch at the bottom of the brownie uncovered.
  5. While chocolate coating is still wet, cover with sprinkles or jimmies. Allow to set.
  6. Gently push a popsicle stick into each brownie at the end that you left with no chocolate. Enjoy!
