Hershey's Candy Cane Kisses
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper or a non-stick silicone baking mat. Set aside.
In a medium mixing bowl, sift together the cocoa, flour, baking soda and salt.
Using a standing mixer, beat butter, peanut butter, and sugar until smooth and creamy.
Switch the mixer to low and add egg, milk, vanilla, and red food coloring.
Gradually add bowl of dry ingredients to wet ingredients and beat until just combined.
Pour white sprinkles into a bowl.
Scoop a small handful of dough into your hands and roll into a ball - about the size of a ping-pong ball.
Roll dough ball in sprinkles and place on your prepared cookie sheet about 2 inches apart.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
While the cookies are baking unwrap the Hershey's Kisses.
Once cookies are done baking, remove from oven and immediately press a chocolate Kiss into the center of each cookie.
Allow cookies to cool completely before enjoying.
