Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup monkfruit sweetener granulated
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 6-8 ounces chocolate chips stevia sweetened

Instructions

  1. Using a stand mixer or electric hand mixer, cream butter and monkfruit sugar until fluffy.

  2. Add eggs and continue mixing.

  3. Add almond extract.
  4. Add flour and baking soda and mix until batter is just combined.

  5. Fold in chocolate chips by hand.
  6. Bake 10 minutes at 375°F or until the edges just begin to turn golden brown.
