Instructions
Fill each spray bottle halfway with one color of paint. Add water to each bottle and shake to mix so paint is thin enough to spray, but still opaque.
Trace and cut child's hand out of construction paper. Lightly tape the handprint to black cardstock so that the tape is underneath the handprint.
Use spray bottles to spritz paint around the hand, making sure to coat all around the hand so there will be a distinct outline.
Paint with dark colors first, then light colors, and finish with white.
Allow to paint to dry completely, then carefully remove the handprint and write a message in the middle of the space where the handprint was.
