cups
broccoli florets

Tablespoons
soy sauce

Tablespoon
sesame oil
1
teaspoon
rice vinegar
1
Tablespoon
brown sugar
1
Tablespoon
olive oil
3-4
cloves
garlic
smashed and chopped

teaspoons
sesame seeds
as desired, optional garnish
Instructions
Whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and brown sugar in a small bowl.
Add broccoli florets to a large mixing bowl and coat with the soy sauce mixture. Toss broccoli until it is completely coated in the sauce. Set aside.
Add a spoonful of oil to a skillet over medium heat. When the oil is hot, add chopped garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Add the broccoli and cook, stirring occasionally, for 8-10 minutes. Garnish with sesame seeds.
