Ingredients

cups
diced strawberries
(or any fruit of choice)
.5
oz
unflavored gelatin
2 typical .25oz packets
2
tablespoons
raw honey
1
tablespoon
lemon juice
Instructions
Add diced strawberries to blender with lemon juice and honey. Blend well so that there are no lumps.
Pour juice through a mesh strainer to remove seeds.
Add juice to a saucepan over medium heat and add the gelatin. Whisk as you bring the juice to a slow boil. Once boiling, remove from heat.
Fill gummy bear molds with juice.
Place molds in the fridge for 20 minutes, until gummy bears are fully set.
