Ingredients
3/4cupsUnsalted buttersoftened (1 1/2 sticks)
1 1/4cupsGranulated sugar
1/2tsp.Vanilla extract
2Egg yolks
1/2cupEggnog
2 1/2cupsAll-purpose flour
1tsp.Ground cinnamon
1tsp.Baking powder
Instructions
Whisk together flour, baking powder, and cinnamon in a large mixing bowl.
In bowl of a stand mixer, cream butter and sugar.
Mix in the egg yolks, eggnog, and vanilla.
Gradually pour the dry ingredients into bowl of wet ingredients, mixing as you go, until fully incorporated.
Portion out dough into 16 equal balls. Place 4 balls on a sheet of parchment paper in air fryer basket and cook for 6-8 minutes. Repeat in batches until all dough is cooked.
