Ingredients
1ozBlue Curaçao
1ozCoconut Rum
1ozPiña Colada mix
1ozGrenadine
Instructions
Pour grenadine into the bottom of an empty shot glass, so that it is about 1/3 full.
Add coconut rum and piña colada mix to a cocktail shaker with ice. Give a few shakes to combine, then strain into a separate cup.
Take a spoon and flip so the curved side (bottom) faces up. Place the edge of the spoon against the inside of your shot glass. Slowly pour the coconut rum mixture on top of the spoon so that it slides down the glass and layers on top of the grenadine.
Rinse the spoon and use to layer the blue curaçao liqueur on top of the white layer.
