Ingredients
1boxLime Jello3oz box
1cupBoiling Water
1/2cupCoconut Rumchilled
1/4cupCreme De Banana Liqueurchilled
1/4cupMelon Liqueurchilled
Instructions
Chill the 3 liquors in freezer while you boil the water for the Jello.
Heat water in a medium saucepan; once boiling, remove pan from heat and whisk in the jello until completely dissolved.
Allow to cool slightly, then stir in the remaining ingredients.
Pour jello mixture into plastic cups, so they are almost full and place them on a baking sheet or muffin pan. Move the pan into the fridge to chill until gelatin is fully set.
When ready to serve, garnish each jello shot with whipped cream and a Scooby Snack cookie.
