Ingredients
2Large Flour Tortillas
1/2cupTomato Sauce
1cupShredded Cheeseyour choice
1/2cupPepperoni Slices
Instructions
Preheat pan and grease with oil, butter or cooking spray.
Lay out the flour tortillas and spread about 1/4 cup of pizza sauce on each tortilla, stopping about 1" from the edges.
Sprinkle cheese on top of the tortillas, going almost to the edge.
Layer pepperoni on half of each tortilla, then fold the other half of the tortilla on top of the pepperoni side.
Place quesadillas in the pan and cook 2 minutes on each side, until cheese melts. You may need to cook one at a time, depending on the size of your pan.
