Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and mist a muffin tin with non-stick spray.
Cut the Brie into 1/2-inch cubes and place each piece into a phyllo shell.
Top with a 1/2 teaspoon of cranberries and bake for 5 minutes, until the brie melts.
Garnish with a sprig of fresh rosemary.
