Vanilla Ice Cream
Instructions
Unwrap fruit roll up and lay flat on a clean countertop or cutting board.
Use your cookie scoop to drop a scoop of ice cream in the middle of the fruit roll-up.
Press the bottom of a measuring cup onto the scoop of ice cream to flatten it so that it is about 1-inch thick and flat on the top and bottom.
Fold the fruit roll-up around the ice cream, like you're wrapping a gift. Enjoy!
