Ingredients

salted butter

sugar

cocoa powder
1/2

milk

quick oats
NOT old fashioned oats

teaspoon
vanilla extract

peanut butter
Instructions
Add butter to saucepan and cook on medium heat until it starts to brown.
Add sugar, cocoa powder, and milk and stir to combine. Increase heat as need to bring the mixture to a boil and boil for 90 seconds - 2 minutes.
Remove pot from heat and stir in the oats, peanut butter, salt, and vanilla.
Make 2TB scoops on your prepared baking sheet and allow cookies to set for at least 1 hour.
