Ingredients

pound
chicken tenderloins
grilled
4
Tablespoons
honey
3
Tablespoons
brown sugar
2 1/2
cups
Irish stout beer
2
teaspoons
cornstarch
10
cloves
garlic
diced and fried
Instructions
To prepare the chicken:
Grill fresh chicken tenderloins, or use pre-cooked to save time.
To make the Honey Stout Glaze:
Set aside 1/2 cup stout in a small mixing bowl.
Combine honey, brown sugar, and remaining 2 cups stout in a saucepan over medium heat. Allow to simmer for 15 minutes.
While sauce on stove reduces, add cornstarch to the 1/2 cup of stout you have set aside in mixing bowl. Whisk until fully combined.
Add your cornstarch mixture to saucepan and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and allow to thicken.
Put it all together:
Coat grilled chicken tenders with glaze, as much as desired.
Finish with crispy fried garlic for an extra kick.
