Ingredients
2russet potatoes
1/2teaspoongarlic powder
2tablespoonsvegetable oil
1tablespoonbutter
2/3cupGuinness
2teaspoonsbrown sugar
Instructions
Peel and chop two large Russet potatoes — we used pieces that were about one inch wide and 1/4 inch thick so they'll crisp up quickly.
Heat a cast iron skillet over medium heat. Add butter and allow to melt, then add vegetable oil and stir to coat pan.
Add potatoes to greased skillet and cook for about 5 minutes to start to crisp.
Once potatoes start to brown, turn to cook the other side. Add Guinness, garlic powder, and brown sugar.
Cook, stirring occasionally, until liquid reduces completely.
While potatoes cook, prepare one package of Cooked Perfect Fire Grilled Tenders according to directions on back of bag.
Remove potatoes from heat and top with warm Cooked Perfect Fire Grilled Tenders. Sprinkle with chopped parsley for garnish.
