Aioli Ingredients

egg yolks

Candied Bacon Ingredients

brown sugar
Instructions
To Make the Candied Bacon
Place bacon on prepared baking sheet and coat with 1/2 cup brown sugar. Bake for 20 minutes at 375°F until edges are crisp and brown.
Remove bacon from oven and allow to cool completely. Once cool, break candied bacon strips into small pieces and set aside.
To Make Candied Bacon Aioli
Mix egg yolks with minced garlic and salt in food processor until well combined.
Slowly add oil to food processor, pulsing as you go, until your mixture thickens (about 2 minutes).
Stir half of your bacon crumbles into the aioli. Scoop aioli into a serving dish.
Top your finished aioli with remaining candied bacon. Pairs perfectly with Tyson Crispy Chicken Strips!
