chicken thighs

white onion
thinly sliced

fresh green beans

sliced carrots

Thai red curry paste

sriracha

can coconut milk

chicken broth

Instructions
In large sauté pan, brown onions with garlic and coconut oil.
While onions are caramelizing, in a medium saucepan, combine coconut milk, chicken broth, Nestles, curry paste, and sriracha. Stir until smooth.
Add chicken, vegetables, garlic powder, and onion powder to large sauté pan with onions.
Add curry sauce to sauté pan and cover. Reduce heat to med-low and simmer for one hour. Serve over rice.
