Ingredients
1jarPeter Pan Simply Ground Peanut Butter
48Butter crackers
2cSemi-sweet melting chocolate
2cWhite melting chocolate
Instructions
Spread peanut butter between two butter crackers to make a sandwich. I chose Peter Pan Simply Ground Peanut Butter because it has a texture like fresh ground PB, but still spreads smoothly.
Prepare melting chocolate according to directions on package. Dunk your peanut butter cracker sandwiches until they are fully coated, then set on a baking sheet to dry. (Tip: I used chopsticks for this step and they worked very well!)
Once chocolate has completely hardened, prepare white melting chocolate. Using a toothpick, paint "spiderwebs" on top of the cookies. The cookies are ready to eat as soon as the white chocolate has dried. No refrigeration needed!
