Ingredients

ground beef

ground sweet Italian sausage

pear
peeled and sliced
1/2
cup
sun-dried tomatoes
chopped
1/2
cup
rice "bread" crumbs

eggs

garlic powder

onion powder
Instructions
Add all ingredients except the pear to a large mixing bowl. Work together by hand until well combined.
Place mixture in a greased bread loaf pan. Lay pear slices on top.
Bake for 1 hr - 1 hr 15 minutes at 350°F ; Broil for an additional 7 minutes or until loaf is golden brown on top.
Accompany with balsamic reduction (instructions in post)
