Ingredients
1 ¼cupsugar
¼cupwater
1 ¾cupflour
⅓cupcocoa
½cupchocolate chunks
½cupsemi-sweet chocolate chips
¼teaspoonbaking powder
2eggs
½cupvegetable oil
1teaspoonvanilla extract
pinchsalt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F and line a 9x9" baking pan with parchment paper.
In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, water, and chocolate chunks, stirring until chocolate is melted. Remove pan from heat and allow mixture to cool (but not harden).
Add flour, cocoa powder, chocolate chips, baking powder, and salt to a mixing bowl and stir to incorporate. Add eggs, oil and vanilla and mix until just combined.
Pour melted chocolate into mixing bowl with the rest of your ingredients and mix until well incorporated.
Pour brownie batter into baking pan and bake for 40 minutes at 350°F.
Allow to cool completely before cutting.
