butter
room temperature

oil
1/2

white sugar
1/2

powdered icing sugar

egg

teaspoons
vanilla paste
2 1/4

flour

teaspoon
baking soda

teaspoon
cream of tartar
Instructions
To Prep:
Preheat oven to 375°F and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
With stand mixer or electric hand mixer, beat together butter, oil, sugar and powderd sugar.
Add the egg and vanilla paste and mix until just incorporated.
In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and cream of tartar.
Add the bowl of dry ingredients to the bowl of wet ingredients and mix until combined.
Scoop out balls of cookie dough about 1 Tablespoon in size and place onto prepared pan, about 2 inches apart.
Bake for 8 minutes, until the edges start to turn golden brown.
Allow to cool on the cookie sheet for 2 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
