potatoes
scrubbed and cut into strips

olive oil

steak seasoning

Parmesan cheese

Instructions
Cut potatoes into strips and place in a large bowl with cold water.
Stir in salk and allow potatoes to soak in the water for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours).
Drain and pat dry the potatoes.
Preheat oven to 400F.
Place the potato strips in a clean bowl and toss with the olive oil, seasoning, and shredded cheese.
Spread fries out on two greased cookie sheets and bake for 20-25 minutes, turning once halfway through baking.
When fries turn golden brown, remove from oven and serve.
