Instructions
To Prep:
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Line a baking sheet with foil and place an oven-safe rack on top.
To Make the Tenders:
Chop the Doritos in a food processor until they have the texture of bread crumbs. Place the crumbs in a small bowl.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg and milk.
Dredge the chicken tenders in the egg-milk mixture, and then coat completely in the Dorito crumbs.
Place the coated chicken tenders on the prepared pan.
Bake for 18-20 minutes.
