Crispy Chicken Cobb Salad

Tender juicy chicken, smoky bacon, fresh veggies, and a tangy honey mustard dressing — this Crispy Chicken Cobb Salad brings so much flavor to the table!

The Cobb salad dates back almost a century, so named for its purported creator, famed Hollywood restaurateur Robert Howard Cobb.

INGREDIENTS

– Tyson Crispy Chicken Strips – Lettuce chopped – Cherry Tomatoes cut in half – Avocado sliced – Bacon slices extra crispy – Hard-boiled eggs

Prepare chicken strips according to package directions. While your chicken cooks, prepare the rest of your ingredients.

1

Start with a generous layer of salad greens to fill each plate. Then arrange tomato halves, avocado slices, bacon strips, and sliced hard-boiled eggs on top of the lettuce.

2

When chicken strips are done cooking, remove from oven and allow to cool enough to handle. Cut each chicken strip into 4-6 slices, then place in the center of your Cobb salad.

3

To make the honey mustard dressing, simply whisk together honey and stone ground mustard, in a 2:1 ratio of honey to mustard.
