Ingredients
4cupsChow mein noodles
1cupPeanut buttercreamy
1 ½cupsButterscotch chips
36Mini chocolate easter eggsCadbury eggs, M&M eggs, or Hershey eggs
Instructions
Add peanut butter and butterscotch chips to a saucepan over low heat. Stir until completely melted and smooth.
Place chow mein noodles in a large mixing bowl. Scoop melted peanut butter mixture into bowl and stir to coat the noodles.
Scoop the cookie mixture into muffin tin. Press down in the middle of each cookie to make an indentation, like a bird's nest.
Place muffin tin in the fridge to chill for at least 30 minutes, until the cookies are hard.
Gently remove each cookie from pan and place 3-4 candy eggs on top.
