Instructions
Preheat oven to 200 degrees Fahrenheit and line a 9x13 baking sheet with parchment paper.
Arrange the pretzels in a single layer on the prepared pan.
Place one candy melt on top of each pretzel, using an equal number of the three different colors of candy.
Bake in the preheated oven for 3-5 minutes, or just until the candy melts are soft (you'll be able to tell because they will start to look shiny).
Remove from oven and gently press one M&M on top of each candy melt so it pushes down into the melted chocolate enough to stay in place.
Allow to cool and harden before serving and storing.
Notes
Storage: Keep in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week. Do not refrigerate or freeze.
Candy Melts: Use candy melts or melting wafers about the size of a quarter.
Baking: Candy melts may not change shape as they soften. They're ready when they look shiny. Avoid overbaking, which can cause browning.
Assembly: If the M&Ms are difficult to press in or the candy cracks, bake the candy melts a little longer. Older chocolate may also be more prone to cracking.
