Instructions
Clean and disinfect toilet.
Paint the side of your hand with washable green paint and press onto the toilet seat to form the foot. Use your finger dipped in paint to make the toes. *If you're worried about staining, you can always place a small piece of plastic wrap over the seat where you're going to paint.
Repeat the above step with your other hand on the other side of the toilet seat.
Add one drop of food coloring to the toilet bowl water. Stir if needed until the water turned green.

Notes
Paint - Use washable paint only for this craft! Finger-paint could also work because it is designed to wash off hands. I highly recommend spot-testing first to make sure that the paint you're using does not stain your toilet seat and that it washes away easily. Do all this BEFOREHAND to make sure that everything does indeed wash away cleanly!
Food Coloring - Use ONE drop of food coloring to start. A little bit goes a LONG way and you don't want to stain the toilet bowl.
