1cone-shaped cellophane treat bag or piping bag
10stripsgreen paper Easter grass

Instructions
Fill your treat bags about 3/4 of the way with an orange colored snack.
Fold a bunch of Easter grass (about 10-12 strands) in half and slip the curved end inside the treat bag so it is just touching the top of the snacks.
Cinch the bag so that you gather it up about 1/2 inch on top of the grass. Use a twist tie to secure the bag, tightly.
Finish with by tying a bow of green ribbon around the twist tie, to cover it up.
