Unwrap peanut butter cups and place on your serving platter, so the bottom of the peanut butter cups are facing upwards.
Use a small dollop of chocolate frosting or melted chocolate chips as "glue" and place on the top of the peanut butter cups.
Place a chocolate square on top of each peanut butter cup, gently pressing down so it sticks to the melted chocolate or frosting.
Cut strips out of the fruit roll-ups to be the tassels. Place a drop of melted chocolate on top of each chocolate square and press one end of the fruit roll-up tassel into the melted chocolate.
