Preheat the oven to 350°F and spray a 9x13" baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
Slice the Hawaiian buns in half as a sheet.
In the baking dish, layer the bottom "sheet" of Hawaiian bread, ham, cheese, and pineapple, then cover with the top half of the buns.
In a small saucepan, melt the butter with the garlic and Worcestershire sauce.
Pour the butter mixture over the buns and allow to sit for 5-10 minutes.
Cover the sliders with foil and bake for 20 minutes, until cheese is melted. Uncover and bake for 3-5 more minutes, until the tops just start to crisp.
