Ingredients

unsalted butter
softened

sugar

baking powder

strawberries

For the Glaze:
2

powdered sugar
½
cups
strawberries
diced

lemon juice
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F and line a 9x13 baking dish with parchment paper.
Beat butter and sugar until creamy.
Add the egg and beat until just combined, then add in the lemon juice.
Using a separate mixing bowl whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
Slowly pour dry mixture into bowl of wet ingredients, mixing as you pour, until batter is well incorporated.
Fold in diced strawberries with spatula.
Scoop the batter into baking dish and spread to distribute evenly.
Bake for 30-35 minutes.
Remove from oven and allow to cool while you prepare the glaze.
For the Strawberry Lemon Glaze:
Whisk together the powdered sugar and the lemon juice until smooth.
Stir in strawberries.
Pour on top of blondies (in pan) and smooth with spatula. Allow glaze to harden before cutting and serving.
