This mildly sweet, refreshingly tropical salsa is packed with flavor, with just a hint of spice. It's the perfect taco topping or for dipping tortilla chips!
Add diced red onion, watermelon, mango, and pineapples to a large mixing bowl. Stir gently to combine.
Squeeze juice from limes into a small mixing bowl and add chopped cilantro. Whisk together.
Add 1-2 teaspoons honey for a little extra sweetness, if desired.
Pour lime juice mixture over fruit in large mixing bowl and toss until well coated.
Enjoy immediately or store in refrigerator until needed.

For easier juicing, cut each lime in half, then use a fork to break up the inside of the lime before squeezing. This loosens up the fruit and releases the juice.

For those that don't care for mangoes, feel free to substitute peaches instead.
