Instructions
Preheat oven to 320°F and line a square baking pan with parchment paper.
Whisk together dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Combine wet ingredients in a separate bowl.
Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, stirring until just combined. If using chocolate chips, stir them in now.
Spread batter in prepared pan and bake for 40 minutes at 320°F.
