Place Teddy Grahams on a baking sheet so they will be ready to go.
Melt about 1/2 cup of chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl. Heat in 20 second increments, stirring between, until melted and smooth.
Scoop the melted chocolate into a piping bag, or a zip-top bag. Snip the pointy end of the piping bag or one of the corners of the plastic bag, so you can squeeze out a little bit of chocolate at a time.
Use a small drop of melted chocolate like "glue" to attach a Valentine M&M to the front of each Teddy Graham. Allow to dry and harden before serving.

Use any flavor of Teddy Grahams you like.
Swap Valentine M&Ms for large heart sprinkles or conversation hearts.
Use white chocolate chips or candy melts instead of chocolate chips if needed.
